Founders Program
From idea to company in 30 days
Work with Buildway as your technical founding partner. We explore your space together, find real users with real pain points, and build until something hooks. If it works for both sides, we found a company together.

Bootstrapping to a highly profitable AI SaaS
What started with a small prototype in their marketing agency now helps over 900 companies engage with thousands of comments per day. We came in as the technical founding partner and helped turn the idea into a company.

From concept to company
Explore the idea
We dig into the space you care about. Who’s in it? What’s broken? We map the landscape and identify the specific problems worth going after.
Find pilot users
Together we find real people with real pain points. They use what you build, give honest feedback, and shape what matters most.
Build until something hooks
We build dedicated products for each pilot user’s specific pain point. Working software, not slide decks. We iterate fast across different approaches until one sticks, then go all in.
Lean team, amplified output
The product that finds traction becomes the company. We continue building and AI amplifies operations, so a team of four can execute like forty.
Expertise
Building startups that punch above their headcount
The stack underneath: agents that amplify your operations, engineers orchestrating AI across the stack, and infrastructure that compounds. That's how four people cover the ground of forty.
The Founder
You. Domain expertise, sharp product sense, and strong opinions about how things should work. The person who knows the market and makes the calls.
Operational Layer
Agents that amplify your go-to-market, support, research, and internal workflows – running continuously in the background. You set the direction, they handle the volume.
Engineering Layer
Engineers directing parallel AI coding agents across your full stack. They own architecture, system design, and judgment. AI multiplies their output.
Infrastructure
Test suites. Deployment pipelines. Product specs that agents actually follow. The invisible layer that makes everything above it reliable – and compounds with every week of building.
Engineering
Engineering that multiplies
Our engineers orchestrate AI coding agents across your entire stack. They focus on what matters most, architecture, system design, and quality, while AI multiplies their output.
Agentic engineering
Our engineers direct parallel coding agents across the full stack. Architecture, product, deployment. AI handles the volume, engineers handle the judgment.
Velocity with ownership
Every feature gets reviewed, tested, and proven to work before it ships. Speed you can trust because someone is accountable for the outcome.
Context that compounds
Coding agents get sharper as your codebase, specs, and test suites grow. What starts as a fast team becomes your unfair advantage.
Operations
Your AI operations layer
Our engineers extend beyond product development, helping founders scale operations without scaling headcount, from go-to-market to support to internal workflows.

How 4-person teams outpace 40-person companies
Most teams use AI constantly but still operate like a traditional company. The reason is surprisingly simple: their AI lives in one place, their work lives in another, and a human sits in the middle copying and pasting between them.

Do I need to have an idea already?
Not a fully formed one. Most founders we work with have a space they care about or a problem they’ve noticed, but that’s enough. The first part of the 30 days is exploring together and finding what sticks.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The founders we work best with have strong domain expertise, sharp product sense, and a feel for technology. You bring the market knowledge, we bring the engineering.
What types of startups do you work on?
We focus on agentic AI startups solving high-value problems for businesses.
Is there a fee or cost to join?
No fees, no tuition. We invest our team’s time because we’re looking for long-term partnerships, not short-term revenue.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t one. We believe the best partnerships start by working together, not by guessing. The 30 days let both sides find out if the fit is right before making any commitments.
Is the program remote or in person?
Fully remote. We work asynchronously with regular sync calls, so your location doesn’t matter.
What’s the time commitment during the 30 days?
We don’t expect you to quit your job on day one. But the more time you put in, the more we can build together. Most founders spend 15–20 hours per week during the program.
What happens after the 30 days?
If it works for both sides, we found a company together as equity partners. If not, you keep everything we built and we part on good terms.
What does Buildway actually do during the program?
We’re your full technical team. We research the space with you, talk to potential users, build a working product, and set up the operational infrastructure: agents, automations, deployment. You’re not starting from scratch.
