Build an agent that researches new leads, drafts responses, and surfaces them for review. Run it for two weeks alongside the manual process. Compare speed, quality, and response rates.

Add signal monitoring second. Once inbound is running, connect the agent to signal sources: website visitor data, job posting trackers, funding databases, news feeds. Start with the three signals that matter most for your ICP. The agent monitors, scores, and drafts. The rep reviews and sends.
